What to bring to your first consultation at Moontides 

• List of current medications, any natural supplements or vitamins, the brand and daily dose.
• Any medical records you may have in your possession.
• Pensioner or student card if applicable.  

Fertility & Preconception Fees

First Consult

Couple $360 -180 mins/ Individual  $290 - 90 mins

Results Consult

An additional 20 minute Consult is required for Test Result Analysis at $40 per test. [Fertility associated tests can be reported by phone at $40 per test.]

Note: All tests are carried out and charged by an independent laboratory.

Private Health Fund Rebates

Bulk billing is not possible however, many private health funds cover naturopathy. Check our Health Fund providers list or call your provider.
