An additional 20 minute Consult is required for test result analysis at $40 per test. [Fertility associated tests can be reported by phone at $40 per test.]

What to bring to your first consultation at Moontides
- List of current medications, any natural supplements or vitamins, the brand and daily dose.
- Any medical records you may have in your possession.
- If possible, Doctor's referral to allow you to claim Tax Offset.
