I'm not sure if it is menopause?

Often women experience symptoms of menopause years before periods stop. This time is commonly referred to as peri-menopause. At Moontides your NCM may give you a pathology request form for a salivary hormone test to help determine whether you are peri-menopausal or not.

What if I am taking HRT or other medicines?

We understand that because every woman is different, some will want or need to choose to take HRT to assist them through this time in their life.  

Our naturopaths are trained to consider any herb drug interactions and will always check your medicines against any prescriptions they provide.

If you are taking HRT this can be incorporated into your naturopathic treatment protocol.
